Petor started tattooing in 2000 and quickly excelled at the art form. In 2005 he graduated college with a graphic design diploma, focusing on freelance design and 3D print design. In 2006 he opened Atomica Tattoos which was located in the downtown core of Hamilton Ontario. After 3 years of being a business owner he closed Atomica Tattoos to further his knowledge on tattooing and moved to Victoria, British Columbia to work at FleshWorks.Petor made his way back to home town of Hamilton. Preferring a studio with a more private feel with a relaxed atmosphere he finally found True Grit Tattoos, where he lays his artwork day and night. Though Petor is up to doing any style of tattoos, he enjoys large, highly rendered colour tattoos. Quirky cartoonish, realistic and darker imagery are some of his favorite styles, though he likes to focus on abstract, organic style pieces.
